THIS.NOVELLA.IS.A.MUST.READ! I devoured it cover to cover and I am loving everything Carver and Amity! From the witty banters to the hot battles in the board room and bedroom. This was just what I needed! A refreshing read yet will leave you hot and bothered yet with a heart full of love and a wide grin!
Battle Of The Sexes is one hell of an entertaining read that captured my heart and made me crave Adriana Locke's writing. Hell, I may even want to plead Adriana to make this a full lenght book because this novella was just so much fun and enjoyable to read. I am addicted to Carver and Amity even with just that short ride I had with them in their battle in the boardroom and bedroom. She again nailed it and really, I am here hoping this will end as a full lenght book.(Maybe in the near future? I hope so...)
As always, Adriana managed to pull off a short novella that will make you fall in love in no time. I sure did and if I could only sell my right arm just to have more of the I would. I just love the way these charaters were portrayed through Adriana Locke's flawless writing. The dynamics of the characters were perfect as they balance each other out. I was totally smitten with them. With Carver's thoughtful, dirty mind and cocky nature then Amity's sass and fierceness that would last her a lifetime, I was ALL IN. It maybe a short read but it sure got lots of feels. No angst though but just swoony and heart warming feels spiced up with just the right amount of charm, heat and sweetnes.
