Release Blitz with Review: Say You Want Me by Corinne Michaels

October 31, 2016

There’s no way I’ll fall for Wyatt Hennington.

He can keep his Southern drawl, irresistible smile, and those pick-up lines all to himself. I made the mistake of sleeping with him not once, but twice. I’m not stupid enough to give him round three, especially after he left me in the middle of the night so I could see myself out. I vow to return to Philadelphia and forget him.

It proves easier said than done.

When the doctor informs me I’m the winner of door prize number two, I put my life on hold and head back to Bell Buckle. Three months and if we can’t make this work, I’m gone.

The problem is—when the cards are stacked against us, and I can’t bring myself to leave him, I’ll finally know if he truly loves me or if all my fears were real . . .

It’s not a test of love when things are good. It’s how you handle things when times are bad.
There's really no doubt that this series has become my favorite and Corinne Michaels has become one of my favorite authors. I just love her brilliant writing skills that often caught me off guard in the best possible way. When I have sobbed and swooned Say You'll Stay with Zach and Presley, Corinne made me feel so much more with Wyatt and Angelina. Say You Want Me is just a perfect friends to lover's romance set in the country. I love it to pieces and this book really warmed my heart more than it swooned me.

Wyatt and Angelina are polar opposites, where the former is a cowboy with that Southern charm and drawl every woman drooled, the latter is city woman through and through. But damn are they so similar, they haven't had long term relationships yet they are about to raise a baby. How do you think will it go? Will Big City finally find in her heart to move to Bell Buckle and play house with our cowboy to build a family? Will they set in their hearts that this is just more than the baby that's growinv in Ang's belly but something so deep they yet to discover and accept wholeheartedly? Is it some kind of fucked up-ness or maybe everything is finally falling into place?

Be still my heart for it's so full I feel like it's gonna burst anytime soon. Wyatt.F*cking.Hennington is just totally swoon worthy. He defined My inner fantasy of what a man should be. He stole my heart from Say You'll Stay but with this book right now, He more than stole it, I have given it to him wholeheartedly. His and Ang's journey is so much more than just the swoony moments, flirty and witty banters a Southern gentleman and a woman brought in the city can do and above all more than just the sexual tension that's so undeniable. Sure, I swooned this man to death because who wouldn't? His determination and relentlessness is off the charts in the most normal and natural way. The way he treated and woed Ang is just something every woman dreamt of having. I was drawn into their story and it's worth my sleepless night. I inhaled and devoured it because really there's no other way to read this book than devouring every lines as if it's your last breath. But I tell you this, Wyatt and Ang's journey is a definition of what love and life can be besides the happy times and that beautiful and great feeling we know it associates. That terrifying and scary moment when you finally realize you've fallen in love and that wonderful and great feeling when you finally let your guards down. But more than that is the real feeling and emotions when a curve ball is both thrown at you.

For Wyatt and Ang, their journey is not perfect but even with flaws it's just so beautiful. Sure you'll swooned over with their witty and flirty banters.Hell you'll even get warm flushes with their sexual tension. In my case, I more than fall in love with them and when they both hit a bump in the road along the way, I adore them the most. They aren't perfect as I said, hearts got broken, the hurt, the pain...Hell mine feels like it was shattered into pieces but thankfully Corinne fixed it the most beautiful way that even with pain I feel the warmth it brings.

In the end, when I finished the book, indeed, “Love can be so many things. It can be beautiful, exciting, full of so much hope, even freeing, but it’s also scary as fuck. But love is the strongest and most beautiful thing we can bestow on another person.

I highly recommend it! Read it, Go Fall in Love with Wyatt!

Gah the feels. The angst. Wyatt.F*cking.Hennington. It' EVERYTHING!
