His face came closer and she closed her eyes, but popped them open when he simply touched her nose with his, rubbing it lightly. “Open those beautiful eyes, Anna. I want to see your passion.” Anna stopped breathing as Brandon tilted her head slightly, and touched just the tip of his tongue to her lips, licking just the corner, then drawing back. She caught fire at the first touch of his lips on her skin. Naturally shy, she had nevertheless had her share of kisses, but this was entirely different from anything she had experienced before. Tender pecks on the eyelids, the chin, a teasing bite along the throat and collarbone, Anna’s breath hitched. Then he gave a little lick to the ‘oh so sensitive’ spot at the curve of her neck. She gasped, as he captured the sound with his mouth, then went in for the kill...open mouth, tongue licking her lips, demanding entrance as he succeeded in devouring her mouth just as he had been dreaming of doing for so long. One sweet, succulent, tongue entwined, dream of a kiss. When they were both breathless, he tenderly pulled at her lower lip with his lips and planted one last gentle kiss on the curve of her neck. Although it was a gentle kiss, the underlying hunger could not be denied, and Anna didn’t want to deny him anymore. She craved his touch like flowers crave the rain. But now was neither the time nor the place to indulge in these fantasies. She drew back reluctantly. “You make me forget myself,” she blushed and lowered her eyes. “You make me hot,” Brandon whispered seductively.

REVIEW: REAPER'S FALL by Joanna Wylde

    24582414
He never meant to hurt her.
Levi “Painter” Brooks was nothing before he joined the Reapers motorcycle club. The day he patched in, they became his brothers and his life. All they asked in return was a strong arm and unconditional loyalty—a loyalty that’s tested when he’s caught and sentenced to prison for a crime committed on their behalf.
Melanie Tucker may have had a rough start, but along the way she’s learned to fight for her future. She’s escaped from hell and started a new life, yet every night she dreams of a biker whose touch she can’t forget. It all started out so innocently—just a series of letters to a lonely man in prison. Friendly. Harmless. Safe. Now Painter Brooks is coming home… and Melanie’s about to learn that there’s no room for innocence in the Reapers MC.

     photo 1447218208221_zpsafaad4ck.jpg

"I was truly, deeply, and utterly fucked, because I fucking loved this girl.... and she wasn't for me".

Levi "Painter" Brooks is a lovable dumb-ass. Yea I said it (let's move on). While doing time in prison,he has something to look forward too and that's letters from the "sweet and innocent" Melanie Tucker. She's too good for him but those letters mean the world to him and just for a brief moment he thinks about the "what ifs" Can he be that guy? The one who she can depend on to be loving and faithful? One moment with words left unsaid leaves you with the ultimate demise of a what if.

Melanie has had a very rough childhood but through it all, she survived and is striving on her own.She goes to school, has a best friend who loves and wants her to be happy, and not so secretly have a crush on the bad ass biker Painter. Now this is where it gets complicated and frustrating.

I loved the prologue. We knew what was going to happen and for me I couldn't wait to read it because of that. How did they get to that point? What was the ultimate "nail in the coffin" for two people who were so wrong for each other who supposedly shared a love that we as humans struggle to find. I was extremely disappointed and wanted more.

"I'm the guy who doesn't call and I don't even regret it, because I truly don't give a shit who I hurt. Except for some fucked-up reason, I care about you".

I HATED the time jump.HATED.IT!! One minute it was a month later, then a year, then four. I wanted Melanie and Painter to have more time together and explore each other but all I got was a surprise pregnancy, too much MC drama and distance.I think that if this story was more focused on Melanie and Painter as a couple I would have loved it a lot more.

I really enjoyed seeing the other characters from the previous books and I loved the unity of the "Brotherhood".Everyone looked out for each other and supported each other when it mattered.Even though this was not my favorite, I will continue to read the rest of the books in this series.

    REVIEW: SACKED BY TABATHA VARGO

    26145071
When Sawyer Reed wants something, he gets it.
    And I WANT her.
She doesn’t know it yet, but she’s already mine.
Her resistance is futile because once I start a play, I always follow through. And I ALWAYS win.
Nothing, not even the deep-seated hate I have for my rival, Jacob Byrd, is going to keep me from my end game.
And my end game is Gretchen Cole.
But I have to keep my head in the game. Everyone knows what happens to a quarterback when he loses focus. He gets SACKED.
     photo 1448421000449_zpsj2b4yszv.jpg
I have to say that that when I first saw the blurb of this story that I was very intrigued. We have a hotshot football player and a girl who can care less about his rep or stats.
Sawyer Reed is an egotistical cocky famous football player at Camden University. Whatever he wants,he gets and he has no shame in the process. Being a freshman, you would think that he would've been a little more coy and try to start off on the right foot but noooo that man has two things on his mind and if you're not a football or a female, then you're irrelevant. But that's all about to change when he meets Gretchen Cole.
     photo PicsArt_11-26-12.16.28_zpsis7q12xg.jpg
Gretchen has heard all about the infamous Sawyer Reed and she has no intention of being another notch but she does want him for a mysterious reason. They're connected in a way that Sawyer has no clue about and she's about to right a wrong that's been years in the making.

"There was no magic pill for a busted heart.
    Trust me.
    I googled that shit.

I really didn't love Sawyer to begin with.I found his ego way too big and certain decisions he made quite honestly pissed me off. What I did like was the humor I found certain sayings hilarious and it put a lightheartedness to the story. Gretchen was very easy to like and even though I didn't agree with what was her driving force in the beginning of the story, I completely understood it and she was just trying to do the right thing. But plans always have a way of falling apart especially when emotions get involved.

    "It was the epic cock.
I was drugged by the dick.

If cocky football players are you're thing mixed in humor, then I definitely recommend this one.
