We were desperate for it and we finally got it with Dangerous Temptation. Giana Darling always knows how to toy with the edge of danger and forbidden and this story was no different. When your whole world implodes in one single moment and you’re forced to see things in a different light, how do you go forward knowing that you now belong to the devil himself?
Seventeen year old Bianca now has to come to terms with the fact that she’s alone. I have to admit that I’m new to the Midnight Dynasty saga with the different feuding families and I was under the impression that this was going to be one book. I quickly learned that it’s not and even though I’m really looking forward to see how Bianca and Tiernan’s story is going to end, I can't help but wonder what’s next for the other family. I wanted to see just how far things can be taken because as much as I love a forbidden romance, I love a dark one even more.
When it came to the characters interactions and their connections with each other, I think that the author did a good job portraying their feelings and I loved that this story was told in dual pov’s. My only issue with this one was that I needed to know more about the hero and I feel like even though he had his own pov, he still felt like a stranger. Seeing that this is the first book in the duet, I’m hoping that will change and we can see exactly the type of man that he is.
If you’re looking to start a new duet and you want a dark forbidden romance, then this one might be for you.
