Identical twins Beau and Duane Winston might share the same devastatingly handsome face, but where Beau is outgoing and sociable, Duane is broody and reserved. This is why Jessica James, recent college graduate and perpetual level headed good girl, has been in naïve and unhealthy infatuation with Beau Winston for most of her life. Quick review: This was my first Penny Reid book and I gotta say, I freakin liked it.ALOT. How do you not love hot bearded guys that are twins!! Holy hell I swooned so many times while reading this I can't even tell you.
Jessica is back in her hometown after getting a job as the new calculus teacher and her plan is stick around long enough so she can pay off her student loans.Beau and Duane Winston are identical twins who have known Jessica since they were young.Jessica has always been infatuated with Beau because he's the nice one and the safest choice.
Duane on the other hand, raises her blood pressure and makes her stabby. After a mistaken identity,she's sees Duane in a whole new light and what was once annoyance turns into a strong sexual desire.
I loved Duane.LOVED HIM.He was sweet,and so charming I just wanted to climb into this story and give him a.....big hug.He was the true definition of a gentleman and I loved seeing that.I wanted to smack Jessica for a certain time but hey she grew on me so all is well.I can't wait for the other books in the series because I will be reading them.
