Matchmakers Playbook is phenomenal...flirty...funny as hell and over the top awesome pulling you from the very first page and not wanting to end. The character's chemistry is great and the writing style is incredible. Rachel Van Dyken once again delivered a beautiful refreshing story with an added bonus of humor and sexiness. SHE ROCKS!!!
I am so in love with this book. Well, this is RVD and in her true fashion, she rocks at whatever book flavor she writes. Matchmakers Playbok is one of those. The excitement that I feel knowing there's a new series to be released is over the top and I'm so glad I started reading Ian and Blake's story. The blurb of the book will definitely gave you an idea what's it all about but seriously no matter how lighthearted this book is,RVD still manage to give her readers something to look forward to as you turned the pages.
“I’m basically the modern-day Superman, saving women from themselves while my best friend, Lex, plays sidekick. Before you ask— yes. It sucks. I’m pissed I can’t play in the NFL. But when one can’t play . . . one teaches. And I was more than just a football player. I was the player. Of sports. And . . . of women. The best of them all. So who better to teach women how not to get played than an actual player? Exactly.
Blake as wingmen???hmmmm..the idea of them putting up a business to help those dowdy women get the guy they wanted is kinda entertatining and intriguing. I thought all the while he's this douche of an ex-athlete that just thinks about his dick but then as I go on with my reading I immediately fall into liking to him which eventually lead to falling in love with him. So, that being said that Blake here would definitely fall for him too. She's your tomboy type of woman who among others, asked help from WINGMAN INC...
“Now that’s where you’re wrong , Blake. Every girl needs to allow her world to be rocked, at least once. Or if said rocking is coming from me Twice.”
But what if that tomboy turned into a smoking hot woman???Is the rule DO NOT BANG A CLIENT still applies?

TO TOP IT ALL??? I REALLY LOVE THIS BOOK!
The plot is amazing...the way it was written?wow!!!I am in awe. And don't get me started on the characters because they're not just adorable but CRAZY ADORABLE. Their funny banters are just hilarious. And I'm not just talking about the leads but of course the secondary ones too. Their involvement with each other just blended so well that made this story more entertaining and fun to read. Seriously? I was never even bored reading it. I was laughing out loud all by myself because their just pretty hilarious.Even their sexy scenes is just perfect...just the right blend. It was lighthearted and funnyy but to tell you, there's more to it than just those funny moments. Once you get started you'll definitely not gonna put it down. You'll be engrossed with their story because trust me, there's really more to it. I in fact DEVOURED every moment of it.
