Viola Fisher is the epitome of perfection.
She despises my one-night stands and mocks my less-than-classy habits.
She’s smart, beautiful, and too good to be true.
And I want her.
If she were anyone else, I’d have made my move years ago, but considering she’s my best friend’s little sister, she’s always been off-limits. Not to mention how much she loathes my very existence.
Hating me is her religion, but needing her is mine. Her sexy curves and filthy smart mouth make me want her even more, and I’m more determined than ever to change her mind.
I’ll prove I’m done playing games.
But until then, we’ll continue to play by her rules.
Viola Fisher may have won the battle, but the war isn’t over yet.
Checkmate, princess.

⭐⭐⭐4 Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐
After that HUGE cliffhanger in “This is War”, I think it’s safe to say that everyone was on pins and needles to find out what was going to happen in “This is Love”. Travis and Viola embarked on a forbidden romance behind her brother’s back that took them to new heights. What started out as an all out war, turned into something that they both knew was in their future.
"I know the risk of the game we're playing. I know what we have to lose, but there's so much more to win. Viola Fisher has always been mine, and finally being together is the endgame."
Picking up right where “This is War” left off, Travis King is now in the hospital after being a terrible car accident with his best friend’s ex girlfriend. Now like many others, the one question that was on my mind after I dropped a couple of f bombs was “How”? How Did Travis manage to get himself involved with that woman? What really happened that night? Luckily we get all the answers to these questions and even though patience is not my virtue, I was happy with outcome.
“ No one else I’ve ever been with has made me feel the way you do. Every. I’ve always reserved that part of myself for you.”
Without going into detail, I will say that I really enjoyed all of the characters. Drew was an excellent brother and best friend, and I LOVED Courtney! These characters were funny, loving and everyone really cared about each other. Viola had a difficult decision to make in the beginning and I really liked how she handled herself when it came to Travis. These two definitely didn’t have it easy but they loved each other and when it comes to everything, that was all that mattered.
If you enjoyed the first book in the series, then you’re going to LOVE this one.
The King finally returned!!!Swoon!!! Talk about ovary explosion guarantee because this book is just it and then more.
To be real honest, this duet is my first Kennedy Fox read, so yes Travis King popped my Kennedy Fox V-card. And boy, I wasn't disappointed. This book is more than what I expected. From the cliffy in the first book that had me so excited to get my hands to the next installment, I was hooked. Kennedy Fox' writing just owned me. I can count all the ways why but I tell you it's more than one, hell even more than five just like how Travis can give Viola more than 5 orgasms because this book is just that good. I was addicted to it.
Travis is my drug, and when I’m getting my fix, it’s hard to concentrate on anything at all, but I know I have to.
I can't blame Viola because I was even so high with Travis King. He may be a manwhore but there's depth to him that I was rooting for. This man is just swoon worthy and being relentless on pursuing Viola I was a goner. I feel like I was Viola reason enough to say that the characters are so relatable. With this conclusion, I appreciated the growth of both the characters, and it's one of the reason why the book is worth rooting for. It was articulately and vividly written that everything was portrayed well you get to really follow the flow of the story and where it will lead you.
The truth is, with this book, I cannot count the times I'm laughing so hard. I may have been furious one moment and then felt a tear to slide from my eyes, but I have been grinning from ear to ear because I was swooning and loving the story. Because really, it may be light hearted with a little bit of drama and a little forbidden vibe but as a reader I cannot deny the fact how sweet and beautiful this story is. My anticipation kept building with every turn of the pages because I was so looking forward to the next scene. Added up with a thick sexual tension and scorching sex scene and this book really got me. I cannot put it down. I love it. It's a refreshing story and it warmed my heart. I really enjoyed it a lot.
Being with Viola is so intense that it’s easy to forget about everything. It’s just me and her and it’s all that matters. She’s all that’s ever mattered. And at this moment, I fucking need her as much as I need air
