“Hello, this is Oliver Benson.”
“Um, yes. Hi, I’m Jaq.”
The quiet, shaky voice definitely not matching the guy name caught me off guard. “Jack?”
“Well, yes but with a Q.”
“What can I do for you, Jaq with a Q?”
“I’m not sure if I have the right guy. Ollie Benson, that’s all I really have to go on.”
A brief memory touched my mind of my dad calling me Ollie as a boy. I hadn’t been Ollie in many years. Nonetheless, I asked, “What is it that you need done?”
“I don’t want to get into trouble. How do I know you’re not a cop?”
My head jolted a little with a startled surprise, but I continued, curious of what illegal transaction she was interested in pursuing. “You don’t, but you are wasting my time. Maybe I can point you in the right direction, but first you have to tell me what you’re looking for.”
“Well, I, I, I’m looking for someone to like, like get rid of someone.”
I sputtered hot coffee from my lips, choking on her words. That’s not what I was expecting. Heroine or meth maybe, not that. “You want to hire a hitman? You want to kill someone?”
“Well, no. I want someone to kill me.”
“Um, yes. Hi, I’m Jaq.”

HOLEE-SHIT THIS BOOK!!!
It freaked me the fuck out I might have a heart attack and my sanity was at stake while reading this!!! And OH MY Jettie Woodruff!!! You gave me chills and a rollercoaster of emotions with this. The story grabbed me from beginning 'til the end and for eff's sake my emotion was all over I just had a book hangover!

I have loved every Jettie Woodruff's book I read and to be real honest, I might have been invested in reading Jaq with A Q but I was afraid to go on further because right from the start I could sense some freaking crazy story ahead of me. But you know, because I am a glutton for punishment I put on my big girl panties and I dig the book like no other. And boy, I did not expect what I read. I thought I have it figured out but no, the author have written a UNIQUE story that delved deeper to every effing emotion.
Every line clearly shows it was written with great thought. Research is thorough and flawless and I did have done my "kinda" research while I was reading the book. It made me curious as I go on with my reading and I was in awe how the author delivered a beautiful story out of it. I was gasping and so damn shocked how the story turned out but more than that I was in awe to this beautiful inspiring story. Opposite poles with a connection. But that twist! Hell my jaw dropped and I was like "f*uck me! This is crazy".
Just a warning though, this book could really not be for everyone. This is some crazy f*cked up really but in a beautiful way. If you love plots like this with a bit of twisted ways and serious issues then this is for you. Because more than that, the moral of this story is the beauty of this story. For instance, me reading this???hmmm...quantum chemistry/mechanics speaking...I feel like I was looking for the particle in a 3D box...good thing I found "psi" so I found the particle in a box.
To Ms. Jettie Woodruff, you really did make a great job...Now I'm freaking the eff out 'coz I can't wait the mext installment. My!!!I really do not know what's in store for us this time.
