Bullseye is the first book in The Monsters Within duet by Monica James, and after that ending, I'm dying to read the second! If you're a fan of this author's work, this book is a must read! It's gritty, action-packed, violent, and steamy. Basically, everything you could want in a dark romantic suspense novel!
The writing is amazing as usual. The murder scene is so graphic and real that it twisted up my insides. My stomach churned, and my heart hurt for a life cut short and a boy whose life changed forever in one devastating night.
